Bulber, as she conducts her tenth year of this historic performance, and her mother, Patricia Bulber, Dr. Bulber's wife, who has performed for over 60 years, to come back from the historic season of hurricanes, ice storms, and flooding, THEREFORE, be it resolved this as this eightieth performance of Handel's The Messiah held the first Sunday in December, remains an annual joy and blessing in the continuation for both McNeese State University and the citizens of Lake Charles and the Southwest Louisiana.
